Precise Mold Flow Analysis: Before cutting steel, we conducted detailed Molding Simulation Analysis to accurately predict the melt flow behavior and determine the optimal gate position. Optimized Mold Cooling System: We designed a uniform and highly efficient cooling channel system to ensure the part cooled evenly and shrank consistently after molding. Innovative Interchangeable Insert Design: To address the challenge of pre-embedding the L-shaped pins, we engineered a special, active interchangeable insert structure.
