Precise Mold Flow Analysis: Before cutting steel, we conducted detailed Molding Simulation Analysis to accurately predict the melt flow behavior and determine the optimal gate position. This ensured perfect filling balance and mitigated warpage risks from the very beginning, laying a solid foundation for achieving the 0.15mm flatness.
Optimized Mold Cooling System: We designed a uniform and highly efficient cooling channel system to ensure the part cooled evenly and shrank consistently after molding. This was critical for controlling the anisotropic shrinkage of the PBT+30GF material, thus guaranteeing the final dimensional accuracy and flatness.
Innovative Interchangeable Insert Design: To address the challenge of pre-embedding the L-shaped pins, we engineered a special, active interchangeable insert structure. This clever design solved the problem of precise positioning and firm support for the pins within the mold, ensuring not only unparalleled accuracy but also significantly enhancing mass production efficiency and stability.
