The product material is PA6+GF30%, which requires high strength and wear resistance.
There are threaded structures designed inside both ends of the product. It is necessary to ensure the thread accuracy and functionality.

Design Challenge: The product has a deep internal cavity and threaded structures at both ends. The threads need to be unscrewed first before the slide core-pulling operation. Traditional designs of forced unscrewing or motor-driven unscrewing cannot meet the requirements.
Innovative Design: Adopt a mechanical rack unscrewing structure. Utilize the mechanical force generated by the separation of the front and rear molds to drive the screw rod to rotate, ensuring the thread accuracy. The product is ejected by the force from the runner ejection system, avoiding damage to the appearance parts.
